<p><span id="more-82"></span>Nokia, a well known mobile phone manufacturer, is working on a technology that allows mobile phones, and maybe other devices too, to charge up using radio wave.</p>
<p>By 2013, Nokia hope that customers will be able to use ambient electromagnetic radiation (AER) to recharge their mobile phones.</p>
<p>The main idea is to take advantage of the radiation emitted via WiFi transmitters and converting that into energy to charge your phone’s battery. As long as the receiving device does not consume more watts than it can get from the WiFi radio, you still can harvest energy.</p>
