VW Caddy Topos Sail Concept Features A Wooden Deck Up Top - ohgizmo.com

By Andrew Liszewski I enjoy a slick looking concept car as much as the next guy, even though most concept vehicles are nothing but over-designed eye candy that I really couldn’t see myself driving. But leave it to Volkswagen to come up with a concept that’s more utilitarian than easy on the eyes. Unveiled at the [...]

BlackBerry Storm Packaging Image - ubergizmo.com

The BlackBerry Storm's packaging has been unveiled to the masses, thanks to the folks at Engadget. According to the details written on the box, the Storm will ship with an 8GB microSDHC memory card pre-installed, along with a SIM card minus Wi-Fi. Now that's a sore disappointment, since most smartphones these days already come with the ability to surf over local Wi-Fi networks. In case it looks familiar, the Storm will be available from Verizon, but folks dancing to the tunes of Rogers Wireless and Vodafone will receive it under the moniker of Thunder. No idea on pricing, but word has it the Storm/Thunder will be out sometime in the middle of October via Verizon Wireless. Add a comment | From: BlackBerry Storm Packaging Image | Visi...

Xbox 360 Goes Coin-Op [Arcades] - gizmodo.com

While the Xbox 360 arcade is ironically the least expensive version of 360, The Arcade Station T2 is the probably the most expensive...and it actually belongs in an arcade. Essentially an arcade cabinet housing an Xbox 360, the Arcade Station T2 features two controllers, memory card slots and system link gaming (which we're assuming means local multiplayer, not full LIVE access). Potentially bundled games could include Halo 3, FIFA 08, Assassins Creed and Devil May Cry 4, but players won't need to shove in more quarters every time Master Chief gets teabagged. This will be a pay-for-time unit. Bonus pic: Currently in testing overseas, the officially licensed cabinet should be available in the coming months. And if it only ditched those contr...

One-fourth the thickness of current Panasonic models and one-half the weight combined with no wires leads Panasonic to believe we'll be able to reorganize the living room shortly, without silly mounting issues and need to run cables.
